There was a new lady, looks to be in her 40's, dark curly hair, extra heavy set, probably just started working, but she says the bathroom was for paying customers as I was picking up an order. Can you explain this logic to me? Train your people better! She clearly didn't understand the rules and needs to be coached better.

Impressive what the lady did, she dropped the food and picked it up and saw it put it in the bag and I told her that I saw her to please give me another one and she didn't want to give me another one, that's unacceptable that kind of situation can't be tolerated.

There was only one girl to do the front counter and drive thru. And one guy cooking, he had all the orders done. But the girl couldn't handel handing them out . My order was done for about 20 min. I just kept waiting for her to bag it up and hand it to me . But that never happened so after 30 minutes i left. I was picking up for doordash so i hope the customer got her money back. Also when she answered the drive thru she screamed what do you want. Wow that's so crazy . Negative 10 stars!!

Went at 2am to pick up an Uber eats order along with the whole like of cars behind and the sign and google say the drive thru closes at 4am.. well they just close right then and there and refuses to fill orders and take orders at 2am. There was still 2 hours left. Didn’t even say anything to anyone why they all of a sudden close.

I ordered my usual build your own munchie meal, and the drugs that came in it this time were trash. I've never had an issue and always get some potent drugs, but today they were trash and I'm going to have to make another order. Hopefully Eric gets his stuff together and puts the potent stuff in this time.
