While the spot seems sketchy, it absolutely is not. I have heard rave reviews of Mando's wings for a minute now, and I finally decided to give their cart a shot. The food was very, very tasty. Their burgers are of the smash variety, and the crispy edge bits really pop when it comes to flavor. I recommend the remix wings and tenders. They’re cooked perfectly and drenched in a sweet and savory sauce that reminds me of the fried chicken we make back in Hawai’i. I think Mando himself was hustling alone in the truck today. Shoutout to you for working so hard and hooking it up today! My bf and I enjoyed the food - it was worth the wait. Thank you Mando’s!
