The service was lackluster and the food was mid.
From waiting half an hour for someone to take our order to how long it took to receive our food afterwards, it took over 90 minutes from start to finish just for a small bowl of fettuccine Alfredo with a fried chicken fritter on top.
Outside of when food or drink was being initially delivered we pretty much had to flag someone down every single time we needed something.

The Death of Gamberetti’s A Heartbreaking Fall from Greatness
I’ve been a loyal Gamberetti’s customer for over a decade. Their original Salem location was our go to for family dinners, date nights, and special occasions. The food was consistently excellent warm, rich, full of soul. On November 10, 2024 our family celebrated a birthday and engagement at Gamberetti’s. It is one of our favorite restaurants to go to for lunch, dinner and celebrations.
