I was asked to give feedback on the fried catfish on the menu. I grew up eating fried catfish and it is easy to get wrong. Aristocrabs catfish is excellent. The dredge is well seasoned and it is perfectly fried. The lemon and tartar sauce were not necessary at all but wer nice add-ons. French fries were crisp and delicious, also very well seasoned. Well done!
