“We came to Red Lobster knowing we were going to spend a little more money, and we were completely okay with that. With the higher price point, though, we also expected fresh food that would take a little time to be cooked properly and that's exactly what we got.

From the moment we arrived, we received immediate service and had a much more welcoming experience.

Hannah was our server, and right away she gave us a positive vibe. She has a BIG personality friendly, funny, and definitely someone you remember. At one point she jokingly told us that if we left a bad review, we should say her name was Reece. 😂 We thought it was hilarious, but then we started wondering... is Reece really that bad?!

Well, then we spotted Reece serving another section.

The best way I can describe him is: tall and an absolute brick wall. 😂 Very quiet, serious, seemingly no humor, and not particularly enthusiastic. BUT and this is important none of that means he was a bad server. In fact, from what we observed, he was constantly checking on his tables, bringing people what they needed, getting food out quickly, and seemed very attentive to his customers.

So now we're left with a hilarious Red Lobster dilemma:

Hannah = huge personality, funny, entertaining, and makes the experience enjoyable, but doesn't check in quite as frequently.

Reece = basically zero visible personality or humor, but he's checking those tables like it's his personal mission to make sure nobody needs anything. 😂

Apparently you have to choose your fighter.

Personally, we loved Hannah's personality and really enjoyed having her as our server. She made the experience fun instead of making dinner feel like just another meal out.

Our only ridiculous complaint so far? The straw was WAY too small for my husbands drink. 😂

Overall, we came in expecting to pay more in exchange for better service and freshly prepared food, and that's what we received. Definitely a much better dining experience.“

She seated us with another woman named Sandra who took such great care of us and was so attentive throughout the meal. I ordered the shrimp louie and yes, it’s as good as it looks!
