Rude over the phone! I called to see if they were open so I could grab a sandwich, the lady was like " our lobby is closed but our drive through is open", all I wanted to know is if I can get a sandwich, she kept repeating herself in a condescending way as if I was dumb and said Im now gonna hang up, in a very slow way as if I was retarded. Having a local 24 hour subway in town is great! They have a touch screen in drive through! No more misunderstanding on what toppings I wanted. Made fast, the wait time is minimal. Thank you for the awesome subs at all hours!

Usually a pretty good location but with the way things are lately they got a bunch of kids running the place right now that have zero skills in customer service. After standing at the counter and being ignored for several minutes I just left. All someone had to say is “I’ll be with you in a minute.”
