This shop makes tasty sandwiches. I’ve consistently enjoyed the quality across my visits, which is why I continue to return. My only concern is inconsistency and efficiency in handling order accuracy and corrections.

Not fast at all
Found hair in my sandwich and they toasted all of our sandwiches with the lettuce on???

Jimmy John's in Portland is a lifesaver, especially in bad weather. The service is amazing, sandwiches are excellent, and it's perfect for group events. The staff is absolutely amazing, always making you feel welcomed and happy to help. The food is generally on point and the store is suuuper clean. While the meats are sometimes lacking, this is a good place to get a decent sandwich. The staff is as friendly and welcoming as can be, making it a favorite spot for delicious sandwiches.
