Ordered delivery and applied a 2 dollar loyalty discount. After applying the discount, the delivery fee went up by 2 dollars. Scammy behavior. Reached out to corporate and they stated that stores are responsible for their own delivery fees, meaning that the owner of this establishment is in the business of scamming their customers. Wont eat here again.

Jimmy John's in Portland is a lifesaver, especially in bad weather. The service is amazing, sandwiches are excellent, and it's perfect for group events. The staff is absolutely amazing, always making you feel welcomed and happy to help. The food is generally on point and the store is suuuper clean. While the meats are sometimes lacking, this is a good place to get a decent sandwich. The staff is as friendly and welcoming as can be, making it a favorite spot for delicious sandwiches.
