Donburi Factory Reviews
yesterday I came in for the first time and the got the teriyaki bowl because the kind girl at the front walked me through the menu and the food came out quick and was very good my first experience went very well the staff was very nice
Authentic and fresh tuna bowl made with pride and care. Delicately placed salmon eggs and sliced green onion, generous portions and clean food and kitchen. I will come back. The cashier was mid but the chef was the real deal / I gave him a rose and thanked him. 🙏

Service: 10/10
Atmo: 7/10
We ordered at the counter with the very friendly staff then found a seat. It took about 15 minutes or so to get our food. There was one group ahead of us and then the place nearly filled up once we sat down.
My eel bowl (9/10) was excellent and rivaled what I had in Japan. The Chirashi Bowl was good (7.5/10).

Donburi Factory serves tasty and interesting food, such as Eel and Katsu bowls, with a focus on quick and friendly service. The atmosphere is clean, simple, and cute, creating a relaxing setting for diners. The restaurant offers vegetarian options like fresh veggies and tofu, and the layout is minimal but functional, with only one big table and a straightforward order-at-the-register system. Food is served in disposable paper or plastic, and dishes like the beef bowl and chicken katsu donburi are highly recommended for their flavor and quality.
Customers praise the freshness of the food, which is prepared and cooked after ordering, not microwaved or reheated. The unagi (eel) and fish dishes are exceptional, with the raw fish being safe and of high quality. The young lady at the front is described as sweet, and the minimal seating is not a problem, as customers can also eat outside. While some find the prices a bit high due to the fresh ingredients, others consider it a great Japanese food experience worth the cost.
