Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
i had the dubai chocolate pancakes and they were fantastic! looked just like the picture too!

IHOP offers cheap and affordable food, with plates around $6 to $7 depending on the location. The French toast plate is a favorite, and the cinnamon bun pancakes (Cinna-Stack) are enjoyed too. The food and service are great, with fast orders and prompt delivery. Staff provide wonderful customer service, going above and beyond, even entertaining a little one with bubbles outside. Servers are nice, friendly, and respectful, with great social skills. Food is delicious, always correct, and empty plates disappear quickly while drinks stay full. This IHOP definitely rocks and is highly recommended for breakfast.
