“The workers are lazy and don’t read the tickets - the Manager is wonderful and attentive (the lady with the bright eyeshadow) I brought my food to her attention and she promptly corrected her staff and made the food correctly.
But the assembly line doesn’t read tickets and couldn’t make sloppier burgers if they tried.
Give the manager a raise and find new line workers.“

“Points usually allow u to get the cheeseburger happy meal & a large drink. This time it didn't. Thats okay though, every location is a little bit different. Drive through was fast & accurate. Clean parking area, w/ample parking, especially for the ♿ community. Frys were fresh & hott too. Still steaming when i opened the happy meal.

“There is no question in my mind about McD's menu. I have my favorite go-to items and tend to order them. I usually call in a pick-up order from this location. The service & food is great (hot & fresh) and the people who work here are very friendly.“
“It was a cold Tuesday in September. The 22nd to be exact. The air outside was colder than usual, my stomach a little hungrier. That being said, I made the extremely rash decision of ordering myself 6 hot fudge sundaes. That’s right, 6 whole sundaes.
I pull up to the window, and make a self deprecating joke to the lady at the register. She was very pleasant to deal with. The gentleman helping her with my order was a joy aswell. Both of these A-players deserve whatever the highest McDonald’s rep can legally be paid. When I tell you they did my sundaes right, I mean they did them RIIIIIGHT. The fudge to icecream ratio was on POINT. Seriously, you can’t teach that level of intuition. Each bite of icecream that traveled from cup to my mouth (via the spoon), was like gods second greatest gift to earth (second only to Jesus). And the fudge, don’t get me started. The fudge was REAL fudge, not that cheap syrup B.S, that McDonald’s often does when you order bulk sundaes (I’m what some call, a frequent flyer)
Thank you, McDonald’s reps for making this a night to remember and not regret. I might go order 6 more.“
