McDonald's in Troutdale

“I normally don’t leave reviews at Mcdonalds but this place really earned it. The staff were overly attentive and helpful for dine in service. A young lady named Daniela went above and beyond to bring our food and made sure I got any help I needed on the self serve counter computers (I took a bit longer than average because I had a big order). She also offered to help me complete the order in the counter since a customization I was looking for wasn’t available on the screen. Very thankful for the great experience! I feel most fast food places no longer take pride in their customer service but I was pleasantly surprised today.“

“Don't go here if you want ice cream especially late at night 🤣 the girl there redeemed my points for an ice cream cone and then said they weren't serving any or do anything to fix the fact she lost me my points. Not the biggest deal but definitely annoying they also had snobby tones the entire time“
