“Every single time I come here I have to pull forward and wait 5-7 minutes for my food. It feels like I should be glad because it's being made fresh but it doesn't stop the fries from coming out stale (I only ever order one meal for myself). That being said!! They are super nice and they have a play place so automatic 5 stars.
Just know there's a wait“

“Photo attached is a photo from my vehicle outside mirror, it shows the employee holding the bag out of the window waiting for the next car to pull up. In the rain and wind and 50 degree temperatures. This worker has done this to me in the past. On this visit they held my drink out and asked I pull up to next window. At least my food bag didn't dangle out of the restaurant. The customer behind me wasn't so lucky. Please McDonald's, can you train your employees to keep the food inside the restaurant until they hand it to the actual customer and not hang it out to dry and cool off. Prefer my fries hot. And ketchup on the side.“
“Ohhh... What can I say. Micky D's is Micky D'. Their iced coffees are really good & way cheaper than any of the popular coffee spots.
The last batch of french fries were way better than they have been before. Need to keep them fresh & hot guys. Your fries hadn't been all that great lately.
But all in all. Always fast, pleasant & convenient.“

“Doordasher; Please stop serving And printing Receipt early! This causes Ready For Pickup on our account so we have to leave, otherwise late penalty. 5 out of my 10 late deliveries is from your location, in which probably 3 to 4 were avoidable if R4P was accurate.
DD in this city implemented a new Ratings system that now starts our timer to leave restaurant upon R4P, rather than simply after we swipe that we have confirmed pickup. Uber Eats does not care, and I believe Grubhub does not, or is bypassable. But DD does.
Update The night of January 29th; This is a continuing thing you served it before you even unfolded the big bag or started to cook the fries for the order. Do you get less pay if your times improve? no you do not. I believe that is determined by your performance reports. However I GET LESS PAY if my account goes down in tier because you serve it early. stop doing that.
Manager Sue has instructed you as such, or will if you ask.
Edit; I have just been informed by a manager that a few weeks ago the policies have changed so that they can serve the order when all food is in the hlz however they can still be waiting on Fries.
That is in direct conflict for DoorDashers. Please bring it up in next North Star meeting.

Not only were they cheerful, kind and full of energy but the food was like as fresh as it could get food McDonald’s steaming fries and fresh burgers that seemed like real meat 😂 But seriously great work made my normal McDonald’s run memorable.“
