“Every single time I come here I have to pull forward and wait 5-7 minutes for my food. It feels like I should be glad because it's being made fresh but it doesn't stop the fries from coming out stale (I only ever order one meal for myself). That being said!! They are super nice and they have a play place so automatic 5 stars.
Just know there's a wait“

“Ohhh... What can I say. Micky D's is Micky D'. Their iced coffees are really good & way cheaper than any of the popular coffee spots.
The last batch of french fries were way better than they have been before. Need to keep them fresh & hot guys. Your fries hadn't been all that great lately.
But all in all. Always fast, pleasant & convenient.“

“Photo attached is a photo from my vehicle outside mirror, it shows the employee holding the bag out of the window waiting for the next car to pull up. In the rain and wind and 50 degree temperatures. This worker has done this to me in the past. On this visit they held my drink out and asked I pull up to next window. At least my food bag didn't dangle out of the restaurant. The customer behind me wasn't so lucky. Please McDonald's, can you train your employees to keep the food inside the restaurant until they hand it to the actual customer and not hang it out to dry and cool off. Prefer my fries hot. And ketchup on the side.“

“While ordering through the drive-thru, Amanda really helped me out! She offered affordable options to me by bundling and combining some of my items into meals. Thanks to her help, I was able to save money on my order. Amanda was very helpful and provided excellent customer service!“

“This is our local McDs so we eat here as often as one can eat McDonalds. The food and service is good about 80% of the time. Mistakes with orders are very rare and they are quick to rectify any issues.
Don't order at the speaker, be smart and order through the app. It makes everything go quicker in the drive thru and you'll never have to pay full price as they are generous with earned points and they always have deals.
If you do decide to order at the speaker, do us all a favor. Please don't sit there for 5 minutes waiting in line looking at the menu, then sit at the speaker box like it's your very first time at McDonald's and you dont know what you want. Seriously people.“

“Never thought I’d write a review on McDonalds, but I must give the team working on 06192026 at 1250am some serious props. Not only were they cheerful, kind and full of energy but the food was like as fresh as it could get food McDonald’s steaming fries and fresh burgers that seemed like real meat 😂 But seriously great work made my normal McDonald’s run memorable.“

The manager has been a staple amongst several McD’s in the Vancouver area.
She’s very nice, and goes the extra mile to make you smile! Definitely will start frequenting this location now!“
