Whether she’s a parent or not, she instantly understood the situation and handled it with so much empathy. She took care of everything right away, got my son fed, and turned my whole day around. As a customer service worker myself, I was deeply impressed by her kindness and efficiency. She is a massive asset to your team and truly deserves a raise!“
