“Massive amount of food for the price so definitely GOOD value! The chicken was cooked perfectly and was moist! I ordered the 3 piece meal and it was plenty for my daughter and I share along with our killer in-house Agua frescas! I had the amazing melon and she had the mango! They were bomb! I will definitely be going back for the horchata and pina next round! I also love that they are now carrying the Local Shirley Temples! Small, local business owners supporting other is such a beautiful thing!“

“Moved to Portland not too long ago and hadn't had much luck finding good Mexican food. Low and behold I found Livi's tucked away in Tigard. Real taqueria food. The birria, al pastor, and carnitas all hit the spot. I might have to pickup jogging or try Livi's ensalada if this turns into a regular thing. Online ordering is easy, the staff is friendly, the truck is clean, and the food is more than satisfying, what's not to love?“

I always go through drive through. Usually not much of a wait.
Love they brought back (however infrequent) the cool ranch Doritos tacos.
I’ve been multiple times for that at 0200. I don’t eat it much any other time but my kids order it on DoorDash and the orders are at least accurate compared to other places“

“Taco Bell is a fast-food restaurant, and this one in particular looks pretty nice. It's very clean, and the staff works really fast. I ordered the chicken chalupas($6.95), which I thought had a chicken wrap on the outside, but it didn't. It was just a regular chalupa shell with crispy cheese on it. Although I was let down, it was quite delicious. I would get it again.“

“You can tell people love this place by the amount of people waiting to order. They see people and take orders quickly so it's not like you'll be waiting a long time to order, and the wait for your meal is not very long at all. The only thing I would suggest them doing is repeating orders back to people because they almost put mine in incorrectly which I was able to notice by the price difference (what I was ordering was double the price of what she asked me for, so I knew there had to be an error somewhere in there) and my girlfriend that called in her order they made something else, but they did offer to remake it for her so I wouldn't knock down stars for that. They did have really good service and I really did enjoy my meal. Also, it was my first time having birria and it was delicious! I can't wait to go back again. Best Mexican food cart I've been to since moving to the metropolitan Portland area six years ago.“

It's hard to find any place in Oregon that makes their own flour tortillas so I was pleasantly surprised to find somewhere in my own neighborhood that does. Got the rib eye and chicken tacos and chips and guac. Chips also taste homemade. Definitely reminds me of some of the food I grew up with in Texas. Can't wait to go back“

The meat is succulent, full of flavor, and fall-off-the-bone tender. Served with potatoes, avocado, fresh and pickled veg... It’s fantastic, balanced, and craveable. The birria in any incarnation is also super solid. We come back so often, we will eventually make it through the whole menu.
