“Just moved into the area, was stoked to see Harder Days coffee open up; and imagine my surprise when I saw these taco truck and smoothie truck next door.

Enjoying a draft beer or cortado or kombucha while listening to the dulcet tones of Sandy Blvd while you eat your tacos is certainly a bonus, but this review is about the main course.

I ordered a pastor taco and an asada taco. Total came out to $2.50 which is solid these days.

The pastor meat was a tad on the chewy side but not bad at all. Great flavor. Carne asada had a nice chew and char. The tortillas were cooked perfectly and gave a nice texture to the whole thing. Salsa roja was my favorite kind, maybe some type of chile de arbol or something else roasted to give it a nice opaque dark red.

“I love this spot! Everyone who works here is so friendly. The homemade tortillas are delicious, their tres leches cake is really good, and the store is stocked with everything from kombucha to heavy cream to rolling papers. I even heard that they have live music sometimes on their patio!“

“First time visit last night with six of us and they are very nicely opened up the toast restaurant and let us sit in there and we had such a nice evening and the waiter was so friendly and wonderful and really helped us out to get acquainted with the offerings we tried the vegetarian potstickers and also the various vegetarian tacos which were really good. Later we each had a vegetarian Ramen and every single one was delicious and I especially liked the one with the tofu and the hard-boiled egg and the spinach. They brought a small container of warm sake for me which I really liked with a tiny cup I got to choose. OverallI gave it a big 10+ and I would definitely eat there again and probably will go back pretty soon. The main thing is to try to find a time when the parking is not completely full in the area be prepared to park a ways away and walk which is good for us so it really wasn’t a problem.“

“Friendly service. Tried a breakfast burrito with 3 meats and a pork tamale. Breakfast burrito was 9/10 (flavorful but I like an absurd amount of eggs in my b’fast burrito). Tamale was 10/10 no notes.
They’re quite a drive from us but I already told my husband we’re getting tamales from them for Christmas.
Didn’t try the tamale until we got home but honestly if they were still open for the day I would turn right back and drive the 45+ min to get more. So it’s a good thing they close at 2 pm“

“We are visiting and ate here because it was fairly close to our hotel. Chips and salsa were fresh tasting. We shared a plate with carne asada, chicken, and a cheese enchilada. The meat was flavored good and so was the enchilada. The rice and beans were average. It was busy but quiet enough to have good dinner discussions. Lots of shrimp options on the menu. Staff was friendly.“

“I love the flavor and style of their burritos (steak burrito is a go-to). Tacos are good. Breakfast burrito is not my favorite. I do think a $14 steak burrito is overpriced for what it is. If they could make it $11 I'd say it was a more fair deal. Nice staff, quick workers.“

“Asked for a chorizo burrito to replenish energy.
Got a hash brown burrito with chorizo instead.
Burrito is decent, big, very big, but simple, lots of hash brown inside, cheese and chorizo.
I was planning to give a mid review but the salsas made up for the mid burrito, salsa is where it's at.
Make sure to take some on your way out.
Got to try more things from them I guess before I make my mind but it's not a bad place to refuel“
