So happy I finally went to this local food cart! Taco Machine is a little food cart with seating space + a heater provided (huge win for a solo food cart pod)! Alongside this, there is a large selection of tacos and burritos to choose from.I had the breakfast burrito on my visit and it was delicious, I will definitely be back to get some tacos. I highly recommend Taco Machine, it is going to become a normal visit for me!
I’m a big fan of Taco Machine, not only for the great food but for the awesome owners who run the truck.The food is genuinely good Mexican, which is hard to find in Portland. There are all the classic dishes you’d want, plus some creative items like the “vampiro” taco and the grilled cheese burrito (a burrito covered in cheese and then grilled crispy).As a salsa aficionado, they’ve got great salsa and a lot of selections, some that are traditional and some not so much....read full review

I got the Sinaloa Burrito with zucchini and carne asada... FABULOUS. Fresh, savory, flavorful, so delicious! Super friendly service and there's a cute little patio seating area too.
