I ordered a beef brisket chimichanga and chicken quesadilla via Doordash. Both were exceptional. The quesadilla reminded me of one of my favorite New Mexican style restaurants in Denver: Jack-n-Grill. They use high quality cheddar (my personal preference) and chicken. I wish more restaurants understood and appreciated the superiority of quality cheddar. Also, their pico de gallo was top notch.. paired perfectly with the quesadilla. So delicious! Its hard to find great Mexican food with table service. RJ goes above and beyond every time. Plus, they have the best margaritas on Alberta. Lovely heated patio seating is available, as well as big tables for large groups inside. The brunch menu has something for everyone. We are big fans!
