Not only is the food amazing, but I’ve made a friend out of Carlos. He has owned and operated this food cart for as long as I have lived in NE Portland. I visit him on most fridays for my lunch and always enjoy chatting with him. His food is terrific, and to know it’s a good guy behind it all makes it worth supporting this local business!

I had two chicken tacos and they were absolutely delicious. Just like in Mexico. Very reasonably priced and the owner is so nice. I highly recommend!
