“We went for the first time last week, when our normal teriyaki restaurant was shut for a couple weeks. Their food was excellent. Ordered the chicken and beef teriyaki and pork fried rice. It was all good, but there was a seasoning in the chicken teriyaki that I found odd. Dont know what it was, but it just didnt taste right. The restaurant itself is ok, just a normal strip mall restaurant. Nothing special but nothing bad either. Service was ok, we ordered ours to go so I cant speak to the in restaurant service.“

“This is always a solid choice with high quality food. It's very expensive now, the same as a sit-down restaurant. So as long as you know that going in you'll be fine.

Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options such as their veggie burger and of course fries. If you eat seafood, there's also good halibut choices“

“Five Guys has great burgers they get your order done in a timely fashion it's a very clean environment they come out to clean tables every 15 minutes they have a freestyle soda machine with every soda option imaginable they have lettuce wraps and bowls for those with sensitivities if you tell them you have an allergy to gluten they will make your burger in a separate area however if you have sensitivities to gluten mayo is not a good option for your burger as the Mayo is swiped on regular buns and will contain little bits of bun in it always read the menu ahead of time if you have other sensitivities.“

“I visit this particular Five Guys often and I haven't had a bad experience yet. The employees are friendly, the food is freshly made, and you get to have peanuts while you wait for your food. They have the screen board with wait time, table time etc. Self service for kids drawing paper and crayons. They also provide one-time use serving mat for toddlers. Very considerate and thoughtful.

In this location, the game “spot the cow” is popular. Basically if kids under 10(?) find the cow in the store, they can claim a treat. Very fun.

“This is the cleanest fast food restaurant on 82nd I've seen. Bathrooms are very clean, including parking lot. A lot of homeless people hang around out side due to the bus stop being right on the side walk near the building but had no issues with them. Great place love their Oreo large shakes they have now they really hook it up. And the plus side is the drive thru is open 24 hours witch is great for that late night munchies.“

I went to this MOD Pizza on Friday and had another fantastic experience. They were very busy — the line was full, and people just kept coming in — yet the staff handled it with speed, teamwork, and great attitudes.

While the customer in front of me was still ordering, Jake noticed me waiting and offered to help at the same time. Within moments, both he and another team member were working on my order together — fast, friendly, and efficient. Despite the rush, Jake even took the time to let me know about a special offer I qualified for because I’d spent over $60. He explained it quickly and clearly, even though he was juggling multiple tasks. He didn’t have to go out of his way to do that, but he did — and that kind of effort says a lot about how he approaches his work.

As a business owner myself — I run a busy medical clinic with many employees and multiple managers — I really notice when a team operates this smoothly under pressure. You can tell this location has strong leadership and a well-trained crew who care about doing things right, not just getting through the line.

I’ve been coming to this MOD location for a long time, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The place is always clean, the toppings well-stocked, and the staff upbeat even during rushes. Whenever my family is craving MOD, I always plan our route to stop at this specific location because the experience is just that good.
