They have the screen board with wait time, table time etc. Self service for kids drawing paper and crayons. They also provide one-time use serving mat for toddlers. Very considerate and thoughtful.

In this location, the game “spot the cow” is popular. Basically if kids under 10(?) find the cow in the store, they can claim a treat. Very fun.

A lot of homeless people hang around out side due to the bus stop being right on the side walk near the building but had no issues with them. There are 2 handicapped parking spaces near the front door, and the 2 tables closest to the front door are also designated for disabled folks. Portions are large, so I always get a “little” burger with 1 patty - the regular burgers have 2 patties.“

My uncle ordered a full meal with a milkshake and he was raving about how buttery the shake was. Service was very friendly (borderline Truman Show friendly). I was very indecisive, but Edgar helped explain the menu to me and gave me great suggestions. He suggested the Cali XL and it was SO GOOD!! He was so friendly, accommodating, helpful and gave really great suggestions. Usually when I go to fast food spots I can expect basic friendly service but it’s very clear that Edgar is passionate about his work. I am blown away by how exceptional his service skills were. Every suggestion from the meal to the drinks and treats were phenomenal. I will definitely coming back, hoping that Edgar is there, and trying more on the menu! I went to this MOD Pizza on Friday and had another fantastic experience. They were very busy — the line was full, and people just kept coming in — yet the staff handled it with speed, teamwork, and great attitudes.

While the customer in front of me was still ordering, Jake noticed me waiting and offered to help at the same time. Within moments, both he and another team member were working on my order together — fast, friendly, and efficient. Despite the rush, Jake even took the time to let me know about a special offer I qualified for because I’d spent over $60. He explained it quickly and clearly, even though he was juggling multiple tasks. He didn’t have to go out of his way to do that, but he did — and that kind of effort says a lot about how he approaches his work.

As a business owner myself — I run a busy medical clinic with many employees and multiple managers — I really notice when a team operates this smoothly under pressure. You can tell this location has strong leadership and a well-trained crew who care about doing things right, not just getting through the line.

I’ve been coming to this MOD location for a long time, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The place is always clean, the toppings well-stocked, and the staff upbeat even during rushes. Whenever my family is craving MOD, I always plan our route to stop at this specific location because the experience is just that good.
