“Hi, I have been a customer at this location for years. I know that there is a lot of foot traffic and people here daily, but I have noticed lately that the place just looks overall dirty. Floors need mopping, tables have crumbs on them, napkins not filled, bases of tables looked dirty. You all charge quite a bit for your coffee. You need to spend some time cleaning your coffee shop. Not sure if there is new management?? not managing, but please do a little better cleaning. Mop your floors!!“

The staff is always exceptionally sweet and warm, even on busy mornings! The line can get a bit long— especially on weekends, but they’re generally really quick and efficient.

You can trust that every pastry and drink will be made with exceptional quality. My favorite pastries are the zucchini bread and cinnamon rolls (must arrive early on the weekends for those)!

Everything Keeper does is done with absolute excellence. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but I know that if I did, they’d make it right. I bring all my friends here for a reason. Best atmosphere, best people, best coffee, best treats. Love u, Keeper!“

“Back in 2016, when it was still Dapper & Wise, I was a barista here, and it’s where I met my now fiancée for the first time. She walked in the day she was signing a lease just down the block.

This past November, I came back to what’s now Wallflower Coffee to propose to her. I reached out to Joel, the owner, just a few days beforehand, and even though we had never met, he was immediately on board. He opened the shop after hours, set up lights, created an amazing atmosphere, and even had champagne ready for us. He was even kind enough to coordinate with my old coworker (shout out to Maxine!) to take some terrific photos of the moment for us. He clearly cares about what this place means to people, and that shows in how he runs the shop; welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely involved with the community.

On top of that, it’s just a great coffee shop. Really good coffee, a comfortable place to work or study, and an all-around good vibe. Cortado is always TOP-tier.

“Pretty solid coffee with lots of fancy flavor options to choose from as well. I did not get to try the banh mi as I came in at 7 AM and was very likely the first person in.

I did try the donuts and while they weren’t terrible, They weren’t exactly what I expected when I see the word donut. They were dense and smooth and cool temp wise, lol I really can’t think of anything to compare them with!

The black sesame coffee was absolutely delicious, but there was a ton of grits left at the bottom of the cup.“

“We were looking for a minimal aesthetic, third wave quality coffee shop to relax and enjoy the shop experience, and Adapt served on all counts. I had a “sort of wild” aeropress blueberry coferment from Sunday Morning Coffee Project, and a cappuccino. Both were excellent. I appreciate them carrying a more playful offering, as well as really well produced traditional drinks. We also enjoyed a burrito (Saturday’s only?) and a pastry.
The aesthetic was just what we wanted, plenty of seating with a thoughtful clean design to the space. Bonus points for the interior design/art books and chill music, making for a comfortable and entertaining place to relax for an hour and enjoy.“

“This place is the definition of a cozy, cute coffee shop located in the lads edition neighborhood. I got the vanilla latte with the homemade vanilla bean syrup absolutely fantastic. Everyone that was sitting at the coffee shop. Shop was very pleasant and kind and it had a very warm communal environment.“

“I am a fan of Trung Nguyen for a little over 10 years. My parents drink this brand and I have been too for as long as I remembered. When the Orange County location opened, I was there. I also visited several locations in TPHCM. Now, they opened the top tier of franchise in Portland which is amazing. During the friends and family invite, I came and had a ca phe muoi. The architecture of the store was beautifully designed. The ambiance truly allows you experience a genuine coffee experience. The coffee, simply, delicious. Strong, bold, flavorful, the salted foam was a great balance between saltiness and sweetness. Although it is a franchise, it is a recognized brand and is authentic to they serve. This is for the all the Vietnamese coffee lovers!“

“This is hands down our favorite coffee shop in Portland. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about their customers—they always remember us and go out of their way to be kind to our kid, which means so much.

The space is small and quaint, but we’ve always been able to find a cozy spot to sit and enjoy our coffee and pastries. It’s not really a place to camp out all day with a laptop, but it’s perfect for slowing down and enjoying a great cup.

The pastries are consistently delicious, and I’m especially obsessed with their orange-infused mocha syrup—such a unique and amazing flavor. The coffee itself is always spot-on: balanced, flavorful, and never overly sweet.

They also have generous outdoor seating, which is a huge bonus. Such a warm, welcoming spot that we keep coming back to again and again.“
