Hi, I have been a customer at this location for years. I know that there is a lot of foot traffic and people here daily, but I have noticed lately that the place just looks overall dirty. Floors need mopping, tables have crumbs on them, napkins not filled, bases of tables looked dirty. You all charge quite a bit for your coffee. You need to spend some time cleaning your coffee shop. This Starbucks must be the friendliest place on Earth. Management does the hiring and sets the tone, so due credit to them, but also to every individual employee for making everyone who walks through the door feel extra appreciated.

Love our local Starbucks. They are always very sweet, helpful, and the location is clean and well stocked. Thankful we can walk to it. Would be fun if they could extend hours for those days that the community has events (e.g. - the Christmas tree lighting, etc.) as I would come for hot cocoa and treat after. This may be too hard with a larger company but it's any interesting idea to get more integrated into the community. Either way I think the staff does a great job!
