Honestly, the kitchen staff needs to be detained for questioning. There is no legal or moral reason for a burrito to go that violently hard.
The flavor ratio was so layout-shattering that I had to sit in my car in total silence with the hazard lights on for twenty minutes afterward, just staring out the windshield like a shell-shocked soldier, trying to process the trauma of what my mouth just went through. It’s got that exact level of spicy kick where you are actively crying, sweating out your sins, and negotiating with God, but your hands are still frantically shoving it into your face. I looked like a rabid raccoon fighting a trash can in an alleyway, and I would do it again right now.
Regular food now tastes like disappointment and wet cardboard. My kitchen is a graveyard. If this burrito asked me to fake my own death, rob a bank, and sign over my power of attorney, I’d do it before I even finished chewing.
Go get one immediately, but prepare to have your entire reality dismantled by a two-pound log of aluminum foil. 15/10, I am currently drafting my will to leave everything to Street Heat.“

The tortillas were fresh, Handmade! I ordered the Pozole. Oh so rich and fragrant and bustling with pork, hominy and a very wonderful broth. Did I mention the tortillas?? Oh Lord!! I plan to bring my three adult children here for my son's birthday. I plan to eat my way through the menu, over the course of the next year or so. I can see that there are many others who love this place. The entire time we were having dinner, there was a steady stream of people coming in for takeout. Yep, this is a gem of a restaurant. Have tried the Taco Supreme, Quesadilla, and Cochinita Tacos and look forward to working my way through the other items on the menu. “Was contemplating on Burger King, that pizza place or this place , I honestly have to say im glad I chose Taco Bout Gyro , all those people in line at Burger King are missing out So Sooo So good ,
I had the Lamb gyro, best one ive had in Portland and ive tried many places the Bread Is very traditional compares to other places ive been , all the ingredients were real and did there job well , I honestly wanted another after eating one thats how good they are , they are your usual size gyros but all the ingredients were heavenly added lamb was tender and flavorful, to top it off he does a fusion of mexican and Middle Eastern food , im already dreaming of lamb tacos , thank you and sorry for all the people missing out on this hidden gem spent 15$ on gyro amd coke , also nice touches inside the restaurant“

Casa Colima is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, colorful, and full of that fun, authentic Mexican restaurant energy. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire meal.

The food was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The chips and salsa were a great start, and everything we ordered came out hot and delicious. There are so many options on the menu that it makes it easy for everyone in the group to find something they’ll love. The margaritas were also excellent and paired perfectly with the meal.

What really stood out to me was the service. Our experience felt personal rather than rushed, and the staff was consistently attentive without being overbearing. It’s obvious that they take pride in creating a great experience for their customers.

“Finally gave in and tried the baby corn taco truck before my sons football game they where very polite and waited patiently for us to make up our mind after changing it few times haha but got the food and it was really good my family is picky on the meat they eat and they loved everything we got so much we even went back after the game ended late it was raining and they even ran us the food so we didn't hslf to get out. 1.) It took less than 10 seconds of me glancing at the online menu to have 100% confidence in these chefs. A vegetarian chimichanga? Tell me MORE,

2.) An hour before close, and the building was already spotless, you could smell how clean it was.
