Our first experience at Rocio's convinced us to come back again. The food was excellent... the salsa was different and tasty. The servers were very attentive. The atmosphere was lovely, lots of windows and open. Definitely worth a visit!Parking: This is in a cute neighborhood with barrow streets si just be prepared.
Rocio's is an incredible gem of a Mexican food experience, not limited to the quality of the food itself (which is the best for miles around per my Portland native experience), but also due to the environment created by the family run staff as well. Came in for happy hour and really enjoyed the mini nachos, the mango (?) salsa they serve with the table chips was delicious, the exact right amount of heat/sweet . The desserts are made in house , I highly recommend the Flan and the Blueberry flapjack cake
