The food here is amazing, full of authentic Mexican dishes and my personal favorite- the tacos. As a hispanic, I have tried many different kinds of tacos. But the ones at Pedacito are Mexico are the best I've had! 10/10 Recommend.
It would be very easy to miss this food truck while driving by, as I passed it the first time. The asada burrito I got, though, was exemplary. Their sauces were fantastic as well. The red sauce is slightly unconventional, as it’s heavy on vinegar, but still great. I’ll be back for sure.

I can’t stop getting the chimichangas. They’re perfect. The guacamole is the best I’ve had. My wife loves the breakfast burrito. And the cook is so nice and friendly. Love this place.Kid-friendliness: 3 option kids menu. She made dietary changes for me to remove dairy for my nephew from the nachos, adding meat and guacamole to replace the cheese and sour cream.
