I’ve been to many Mexican restaurants in portland this is by far THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! From the food, to the service - everything is five star. I highly recommend this restaurant.
My friend ordered the street tacos and said that's what she always orders there and I had the chili rellanos which had problano peppers and a tomato-based sauce. I knew it be different from what we have down in the Southwest, but I gave it a try. I'm used to the Ranchero sauce and Anaheim chilies, but was very surprised that they de-seeded the chilies and they were well-stuffed w cheese. Best part! Also had the table-side guacamole that my other friend said was not hot enough...read full review

Casa Colima never disappoints. Always great service, great chips & salsa, great Margaritas! Carne Asada is the first!Seafood also has a lot of flavor! They eat Shrimp mojo de ajo, or Devil's Shrimp. Very very good!Casa Colima is always our first choice for delicious Mexican food.
