Good barbacoa is hit & miss around portland. The barbacoa here is legit, and I should probably order something else, but I don't.But they have this sauce... it's a bright orange, probably habañero based sauce. It's so good. Closest I've ever had to a burrito that reminds me of California ?IMO, Oregonians aren't big on flavor or seasoning (sorry y'all lol) but this place does both. Delicious cocktails and the burritos have always been cooked to order. I don't usually eat my whole burrito in one sitting but here I can't help it.
