I love Arby's. I dont eat fast food very often at all anymore and I probably only get arbys twice a year. I dont know what is going on but my sandwiches did not taste normal......not in a spoiled way but like in a chemical way and were very dry and not alot of that strong arbys roast beef flavor that I was so looking fwd to. I did not get sick but there was def something off and I'm really hoping this is just a fluke.
This is the best in Albany. The first time visited this was June 2023 and I found a charming young woman who made my day, I'll never forget it. She told me that my hat was blending so well with my outfit. I went again the following and she told me I was smart! I wish all associates in eateries were like her!
