Food taste/cooking depends on the day.
But recently ive changed my name in the app and it hasnt updated in the system, when i went in to grab my food the server couldnt find it so I gave them the phone number attached. The team member saw it was under a different name and insted of just processing with the order they filled my plate with noodles and half a scoop of chicken, didnt put any of the sauce i asked for in the bag and twisted the bag shut and taped it shut in a way...read full review

Disappointed!!!! On my lunch break, no one in line inside, long drive thru. Greeted quickly and the person taking your order was friendly, but at no point was I told my wait would be 15 min, no one told me the dishes I ordered would be out ( had just refilled when Icame in) by the time they got around to filling the box! By then the dishes I wanted were gone or barely any. Could wait another 15 min while more were prepared, but they were also filling to go orders. Took...read full review

However, there have been instances where food was not served fresh, like the dry and bland noodles. The food is prepared quickly, as it is already cooked and kept warm. There is often a line at the drive-up, but they keep it moving fairly quickly. The takeout boxes can get soggy and leak, especially during a long drive. The parking lot can be difficult when it is very rainy.
