Employees were short handed yet there was no time delays. We ordered regular and double beef and cheddar, and a bacon roast beef, plus some sides. It is 30 miles home so we ate on the drive. There was no double included as both were the same, and no roast beef in the bacon/beef sandwich. I like Arby's but I am not going to pay 34 dollars for lunch again.

Very long wait . Staff was moving very slow not very concerned with the huge line in drive thru and inside . Could hear employees saying ride things about customers out loud no concern if they were heard or not. BUT I DID get a free soda because I was extremely nice to them . So that was pretty cool . Lll

Visited the drive thru several times. Spoke with a young lady one day, and she was genuinely pleasant and very kind. I was very pleased with her social skills and her willingness to talk with me a couple of minutes. Be blessed.
