The drinks taste good and they have a nice selection of sizes. I appreciate that their large size isn’t just all ice.They give a free chocolate coated coffee bean with the coffees.They have some satisfying food options. I recommend the chorizo breakfast sandwich.It’s a place where you drive up, grab coffee, and leave. No reason to stick around, but it’s in a big parking lot if you do need to stop and rest.

Look I know lattes are like 60% milk but they should taste at least a little like coffee. Got the same drink at the human bean in salem and it was way better

My fave corporate coffee stand. Always reliable and not overly sweet. Plus, chocolate covered coffee beans, yum!

Service was good, coffee was not. Ordered an 20 oz iced Americano, four shots with cream. It was very watered down and I doubt it had four shots in it. My wife's iced mocha with four shots was also watered down. Not sure what the issue was but we we're disappointed. Service was friendly though.

The coffee is OK, the price is great, the baristas are miserable. I'll admit that I frequent the other non-bucks coffee kiosk down the road; but occasionally, I go to The Human Bean because it has a walk-up window (easier for walking the dog to). The coffee is nothing to write home about, but it's a great price and does the job. The baristas, though, are almost universally unfriendly to the point where it's kind of funny. It's kind of nice that management doesn't force them to be all-smiles and ask mildly invasive questions, but it is a bizarre experience when you're used to other coffee places that make it a point that their baristas be chipper and friendly.

2* for customer service which was excellent. But the coffee and food was supremely disappointing. My latte tasted like hot milk. So glad I didn't get flavored because I hesitate to think what super sweet milk would be like. The mocha we ordered was pure chocolate. The muffin top wasnt very good either. Very disappointing as I used to love this place. Won't be back.

Normally, I'd give 4 stars. They are a wonderful company with great service and a useful app for rewards. However, I drink decaf black coffee, and all they offer are decaf americanos. They are a bit watery for my taste. If they offered decaf brewed coffee or maybe worked on the americano ratios, I'd like them for 4 stars.

I worked for the owner of the stand in Philomath, OR, the 2 stands in Albany, OR and the stand in Lebanon, OR from December 25th 2022 to March 23rd 2023. In that time I was met with nothing but unprofessional and immature management. I put in my 2 week notice of resignation on Wednesday March 22nd as I had found a better job. The owner/management made the decision to cancel my remaining shifts cause me to lose any sort of income I would have gotten from tips in that time. I may not have enough to cover my bills after my final check comes in because they cancelled the remaining shifts I was scheduled for. These people have no issue causing their employees financial distress. And that tells me, and hopefully anyone reading this just how bad their management is, and that they don’t deserve the support they have gotten. I know for a fact the owner is going to hate this statement and will delete it, but I am hoping that at least some people will see this.
