The cafe is known for its high-quality ingredients and honest food preparation. Popular menu items include the chicken salad sandwich, kitchari, and various sweet treats. The cafe also offers alternative milk options for their espresso drinks. While the cafe does not serve Ants on a Log, they do have other unique options like Slugs on a Plank. Some customers have noted that the gluten-free buns are fantastic. However, it is important to note that customers with allergies other than gluten or dairy may need to inquire about the ingredients, as the cafe does not list all allergens on their sides menu. The atmosphere of the cafe is pleasant and welcoming, making it a great place to work, meet friends, or enjoy a meal. Although some may find the prices to be a bit high, many agree that the quality of the food is worth the cost. “The best espresso drinks I’ve had! Way better than Dutch bros and the owner is so kind! Iced lattes have a wonderful espresso taste and aren’t too sweet or weak. If I didn’t live out of town I’d be coming here every day!!! Can’t wait to come back when I visit!“

Coffee Culture Annex Cafe • $
2215 NW 9th St #1556, Corvallis

Customers` Favorites

Chocolate Hazelnut Scone
Banana Bread
Croissant

“Coffee Culture Annex is a cozy spot with a warm atmosphere, featuring soft music and real seasonal flowers. The coffee and tea are delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. However, the seating area can be uninviting, with a cold and stark design. The bakery items, on the other hand, have received mixed reviews. While the staff is generally friendly, mistakes can happen, such as misordered muffins. In one instance, the reviewer received two dry and stale muffins, which was disappointing. However, the staff at the drive-thru at Timberhill made up for it by offering a free carrot-apple muffin with apologies. Overall, Coffee Culture Annex has potential, but inconsistency in their baked goods and a chilly atmosphere may deter some visitors.“

Dixon Cafe Cafe •
DxRC, 425 SW 26th St, Corvallis

“This was the highlight of our trip back home (October 4-7). Each morning shortly after opening we showed up here for Coffee Mocha, the gal (2) who opened each morning, at 5:30, one who took our order, and one who served were both so kind and gracious. This was a very stressful trip for us with my father's illness, traveling, we were not able to make our own fresh ground, french press at home so we stopped in here where we were able to slowly wake up and watch the locals come and go. We stayed in a Hotel nearby, and were able to walk in, weather beautiful, no rain. I was born in Corvallis, this used to be Penny's, or adjoining, bought all my 501's here, across the street is the Whiteside Theater where one could enjoy many a feature, and across from that was Frederick & Nelson where one could buy high-end clothing and houseware, neighborhood of charmed memories. The experience each day for 4 mornings helped us through our days and will remain the highlight of our trip! (As for our clothing? Yes, I do work for Polo Ralph Lauren at Santa Fe) Thank you Starbucks, you rule!“
