Hello,I wanted to write this review to thank a Panera worker for being so helpful tonight. I had ordered food to get delivered and it ended up never getting to my place. I had to go back and fourth between customer service and throughout this process, a Panera worker named Camille was incredibly patient and helpful even when the store was close to closing. I can’t thank them enough for their help and I hope their manager will see this and recognize their efforts!
It’s always seamless here, order online and come in tell them your name and leave. Easy fast and it’s always clean!Parking: It’s a shitshow in the parking lot but for pickup they have 3 designated spots!

I love the food at Panera! This Panera had hardly anybody in there at the time we were ordering. And it still took over 20 minutes for them to get our food to us. They charged us for a full sandwich, but gave us half sandwiches! Had to go up and ask them to give us the other halfs! We did get all the food eventually.
