I love the food at Panera! This Panera had hardly anybody in there at the time we were ordering. And it still took over 20 minutes for them to get our food to us. They charged us for a full sandwich, but gave us half sandwiches! Had to go up and ask them to give us the other halfs! We did get all the food eventually.

Hello,I wanted to write this review to thank a Panera worker for being so helpful tonight. I had ordered food to get delivered and it ended up never getting to my place. I had to go back and fourth between customer service and throughout this process, a Panera worker named Camille was incredibly patient and helpful even when the store was close to closing. I can’t thank them enough for their help and I hope their manager will see this and recognize their efforts!

We joined their sip club through T-Mobile to try it out. If you like a lot of caffeine, you'll love it. We live in Portland and only come to this one when we are going to a Beaver football game. Otherwise it's not very convenient for the club prices.

I am pleasantly impressed with the management team in the Corvallis location. Jessica specifically, I notice she anticipates customer needs ahead of time which makes my visit less than 5 minutes most times. Every person behind the counter is extremely helpful and appear to be happy to serve us ? thankyou Jessica for always being so efficient!!
