“I’m not usually a doughnut person….most are too heavy, too much sugar, weird aftertaste. WHEN I TELL YOU….these are THE BEST, I ABSOLUTELY mean it! Not heavy and they are huge and such amazing flavors. Hands down BEST doughnuts! They are beautifully made and the custard filling is to die for!! I will no longer be buying from any other place ever again, so long as I live in Salem! Great job Dough Hook!“

“Went in late morning, thought they would be out of donuts like other donut shops, much to my Surprise they don't run out because they make them per order. So I must say they were the freshest donuts I have ever had and I am in my sixties, I think that's saying something. They were able to make a cake donut with choice of almost anything you would want. I definitely would go back.“
