Their child has been violently ill after eating a slice of the cake since Friday evening. To get an EMAIL days later and not even a call to say it wasn't gluten free this entire time. Not even a call. How do you make an entire cake order that is gluten free and it pass any of safety measures. Her name was on the cake.. Completely reckless.”

The hash was amazing as well, whatever aioli whip they had on top was incredible! Ordered the mushroom biscuits and gravy and the dinner forager’s pie to go, as the staff was kind enough to allow me to order a dinner order to go since we were close enough to their dinner service. I have never had better biscuits and gravy! The forager’s pie was incredible as well! All in all an amazing meal for three meals in a row! Staff was friendly and amazing”

With crispy and juicy shredded pork, ham, cheese and pickles squished to deliciousness. And the perfect amout of mustard... the mustard is what makes it for me! With a side kale ceasar, a perfect pairing. Hubby had the Ruben, with house made pastrami and saurkrawt. Not too sour, on a marbled rye. He loved it. Son had a grilled chicken club with parmesagn garlic fries. Another win! We all drank their homemade ginger ale and root beer.”

She uses distilled milk, which is a nightmare to make and time-intensive; it and the banana milk are delicious. The Strawberry Alarm Clock with banana milk is my go-to and highly recommended. The coffee is real coffee and very bitter, but it has to be to mix with the other ingredients. Trust me, they are formulated correctly. Coffee perfection takes time, however, so do be patient as it isn’t quite as time efficient as Starbucks. You will see why people are willing to wait, however. This place is likely the closest thing you’re going to get to a crazy Japanese premium coffee house in the Pacific Northwest, and you won’t regret trying it—except for that you’ll want it again and again!”

“Went to Rye for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the food and especially by the cocktails. i recommend the cocktail “the cure”!! my favorite thing by far were the brussels sprouts w halloumi (wish it had more bacon pieces), my steak came out to be more medium well than my request of medium but the chimichurri was fantastic and leveled up the dish FOR SURE! our waiter was a bit interesting and i felt kinda rushed at times but overall decent.”

“My facts: Ordered online for pickup. My email confirmation indicated the order would be ready at 6:31pm. I got there on the dot at 6:30; noticed there was a dedicated entry door for pickup orders. Great! I thought, well organized. Went through the pickup door, a sign said pickup orders at the bar. Sure! Went to the bar, told them I was picking up for "Jeff". The bartender used a walkie talkie to say 'Pickup for Jeff'. Waited Waited Tried to order an IPA at the bar while I waited. They were out. Waited. Got up from the bar and stood over by where Uber Eats drivers were waiting. Waited Asked an Uber driver what time his order was expected. 7:16. They told him his order was ready. Wait! What? Found the person in charge of pickup orders. Told her I've been there since 6:30 for a 6:31 order and now I hear a 7:16 order is ready before mine? She said, there is no order record for "Joe"; I said, my name is "Jeff". She replied, "Oh, that's the problem, we all heard Joe". Note, the bartenders called twice on their walkie talkies, both times; they said "Jeff". I should have asked here why she didn't ask them why they kept looking for a non-existent order for "Joe"; but didn't think of it. She then checked and said they are packing up my order. I asked they remove the 20% tip from my online order. She agreed and added they would remove one of our 2 adult entrees, as well. Very fair (that's why this is a 3 star review and not 1). Insult to injury, the runner finally brought out my order. I asked, "Is that mine?". She said "Joe?". WTF! The receipt on the bag clearly says "Jeff"! Takeaways: Yep, it was a Saturday night and they were slammed. But, if the bar is calling for a non-existent order (more than once); question them on it. A real person is tapping their feet waiting for that order. Food was fine (Luke warm, but fine). Since I anticipate a fair, partial refund; I will return in the future. UPDATE (11/20): Still waiting for my refund; may have to dispute with my credit card company”

But my family shared the garlic, butter & wine steamed clams as a starter. Can I tell you how delicious and fresh the clams were. BUT the briny garlicky butter wine sauce was absolutely divine!I really wanted to ask our server to place the remaining sauce in a container with a few crusty pieces of Crostini’s to go! (But I did not) Again a great meal with wonderful people. It was a nice treat while visiting Eugene, Oregon from California.”

We ventured across town for date night and found out that another restaurant didn’t have what they advertised so I looked on the map and remembered that Domo was near. We were seated immediately and service was excellent all through the meal. The sushi is prepared fresh as you order it and it is always worth the wait! The Vegas roll and the Unagi are my favorites and they are so delicious. The place has so many different options for any different taste.”

Twenty minutes later and no coffee we grabbed another waitress and asked her to get us coffee. Instead of being offered refills on coffee we had to ask for it. Needless to say we were very disappointed in the service. On the other hand the food was very good. Unfortunately good food alone does not make the best experience. Don’t know if we’ll be back. “Large winery estate located in the outskirts of Eugene. Property is stunningly beautiful, around 1000 acres. Very hospitable staff, and we loved all the wines we tried. Given the property, one may expect an air of pretention, but all the employees were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our server was nice enough to provide us with a reinforced case box for the other wine we'd purchased so that we'd be able to bring the wine home on our flight. Nice variety of whites and reds, and they also source grapes from Washington and Southern OR. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area; you won't be disappointed.”

“I was pretty upset because I had ordered a pizza and they told me I could pick it up in an hour. I showed up and there were many people waiting on orders. I was told some had been waiting for 2 hours. I was hungry and trying to have dinner with my 2 year old after a long 4 hour drive coming home from vacation. So I asked for a refund. They told me they would have that refund on my card in a few days. A week later it still wasn’t there. So I went back to the store and asked them about it. The new manager granted my full refund and gave me half the order price for my next order. I ended up happy after being frustrated.”

We finally found the gem in the corner of 18th and Chambers. It is called the Angkor Cafe. The food is absolutely amazing. People you got to put this place on your next stop. “This is one of my partner and I's favorite spots in town. The food is always delicious, and there is frequently an employee walking the buffet floor filling trays and keeping things fresh.
I'm a big fan of almost every option, as well as the variety of dishes.
Sometimes they can get busy and you may have to take laps around others to get your favorite dish, or wait for a refill, but that would be my only complaint. Luckily I have yet to experience any impolite customers, so even that is a pleasant experience.
Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking to eat until you're full to bursting on some exceptional buffet food. This place is well worth the money at $18 per person at dinner time.”

For my first time here, I ordered the Bok Lahong (papaya salad). Super authentic flavors - drowning in a very rich fishy fish sauce and the spicy is SPICY! For a true bok lahong lover. 🥰 it was a big container of food for $13, chock full of veggies, too, with a nice wedge of fresh cabbage, cucumbers, plenty of tomatoes, and even thai eggplants. You can also order sticky rice as a side optionally. So happy to discover this cart tucked away behind the others on this corner. There appears to be lots of desserts available too, and all of the classic khmer stews.
