The staff is friendly and overwhelmed. Service can be very slow, with long waits in line. The food was good, hot and well prepared, like the Biggie Bag which has a burger, fries, nuggets and a drink for an extremely reasonable price. However, the meat patty was dry and the fries were not as fresh.
The lobby always looks nice and the bathrooms are clean, but the floors are always covered in old food and trash. Despite occasional mix-ups, the staff have been commended for their quick response. Wendy's caters to families with a kids' meal for a good price and provides wheelchair accessibility.
