It was clean but looked like it hadn’t been updated in 50 years. The bartenders were true professionals, kind, conversational & totally on top of everything. The food was great & huge portions. The patrons all looked like they’d been coming there forever. There were cool old hot rods in the parking lot. Such a rare slice of Americana & genuine human interaction that we’re lacking in modern times. The Schooner will be a must stop destination for us anytime we’re going through Eugene from now on.“

“These people were amazing. They welcomed me in as if I were family, the cook was on point and had my food in front of me 5 minutes after I walked through the door. The owner is a very beautiful, friendly and smart entrepreneur who obviously has been doing the food and beverage scene foe years. Nice pool tables, beautiful outside seating area... my chicken was absolutely flawless, good portions, good good good. Highly recommend these wonderful people!! 4 thumbs up!“
