“Ginkgo catered a family wedding last summer. What a wonderful, tasty and nutritious spread! They prepared the most delicious ciabatta sandwiches in about 3 variations including vegetarian. Along with that, they served a beautiful mixed greens salad with an excellent house-made honey mustard dressing. They also provided a simple and tasty pasta salad that all of the younger folks kept coming back for. The food was locally sourced and their prices were competitive, but it was their short response time and great communication skills that caused the couple to decide to work with them. The owners were friendly people who were easy to work with, down to timing their delivery so that the outdoor wedding ceremony wouldn't be disrupted by the sound of their vehicle approaching on the gravel road. They provided more than enough food for the group of about 150 and everyone enjoyed the food immensely.“

“Look, this is simple… ALMA catering is hands-down the best caterer I’ve worked with in the Eugene area! Our car club sponsors the Northwest Classic car rally, with classic Euro cars from all over the USA. ALMA provided two lunches for us: a gourmet boxed lunch and a fully catered lunch. Both were tremendous! People commented that the salmon was the best they’d ever had… and the location was 30 min from the prep kitchen! Plus, the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful.I can’t say enough about Robin, the owner. She worked with me to develop the menus, noting that we had vegan and celiac people. “Came in with my daughter. Every employee was super respectful. We ordered and I ran to bathroom to wash my hands. Sat down and ate a few chips and sipped on drink while waiting on sandwiches. Sat here for maybe 7 or 8 minutes and didn't hear my name. I heard another customer that came in whole we were waiting get their name called and their food was ready. I walked up and noticed a bag at the counter. I asked if it was mine and the worker checked and confirmed. She apologized and said they called my name out. But my daughter nor I heard them. The worker offered to remake the sandwiches but they were cold and we were hungry..so not to worried. I told her I probably just didn't hear them and it was my fault. We sat down and ate and while we were eating I'm assuming the supervisor walked up to us, apologized and gave us two free coupons for two free subs. We only had a wait a few extra minutes, the food was excellent, the service is exceptional, the restaurant is clean, the bathrooms were spotless and we are customers for life. Over and above service.
