Ginkgo catered a family wedding last summer. What a wonderful, tasty and nutritious spread! They prepared the most delicious ciabatta sandwiches in about 3 variations including vegetarian. Along with that, they served a beautiful mixed greens salad with an excellent house-made honey mustard dressing.
