“If one should find oneself in a fit of despondency, a visit to The Rabbit Hole might just break the spell. The teas are quite delicious, especially the rose, mango, and taro flavors (I exclusively selected the milk teas). I can say without any reservations that this had the best tapioca pearls of any establishment I had been to prior. Their perfect texture would perhaps change the mind of one who has a distaste for boba. And beyond the products, the atmosphere is most pleasant and unostentatious; a perfect place for reading or studying. I would be inclined to say that I will never find a boba tea shop better than this one. The Rabbit Hole has set a precedent, and a standard, for me that will be nearly impossible to meet.“

“I went to the mall to get clothes and was feeling thirsty so I stopped by yesterday to grab a tea or something and I saw this place was busy. There was a large line of people waiting for there drinks and I thought it might be a bit of a wait but it must be worth it if all those people were waiting. I WAS RIGHT! There was like 6 people in front of me and four behind me who ordered and everyone looked happy and was waiting patiently for their orders. I checked to see who was working and it looked like one guy was working and busting his butt to make all our orders and was pretty fast at it too. Every time he was finished with an order he would apologize for the wait but every time the customer would say they didn’t mind or they appreciated his service and speed. I just thought this was nice to hear and wanted to let that guy know his peach oolong tea was absolutely fantastic and if I didn’t have to drive 3 hours to get to Eugene I would be at this shop everyday. ☺️🩷“

“Overwhelmed by how incredibly delicious this was! The orange chicken was tangy, but not spicy. The rice was super sticky and the texture of the chicken was absolutely perfect and not soggy. It was totally crunchy but still well sauced. Makes panda express seem like McDonald’s. And the Boba Thai tea was absolutely delicious. I was sad with each drink because I knew it was going away. Will be ordering from here again very soon!“

“What I miss about college in southern California is the Korean food and duck sushi reminds me of LA Korean food. It’s hard finding good Korean food in Eugene. Eugene is lucky to have this place my cravings are always satisfied after eating here. Also prices are super affordable.“
