I have been in Eugene for about 3 years now, and am always inspired by all the new food pop-ups that I discover—The Tie Died Chef is no exception. Stopped in Eugene for business and what a treat to find a circle of food trucks just chillin in an empty parking lot. The Tie Dyed Chef himself is a jolly Santa like figure, slingin burgers, Reubens, and Fries. Big smile, friendly service, great food, great vibes. 10/10 can't miss.
