I've been here a few times went there recently and the wait staff couldn't even get me water. The guy with the gauges in his ears was too busy messing around with the computer but other people. At any point you could have told me it's going to be a while the computers are down but he said nothing we had no Waters just menus for over 10 minutes. I'll cut to the chase. Their miso, a harbinger of quality, was sour, super salty, and dark brown. It wasn't fresh and the soy sauce was used to hide the sourness. Some of the worst miso I've had. The wasabi was dehydrated and stiff. I've had better at grocery delis. The sushi itself was fine. Nothing too bad, but nothing spectacular. The sheer amount of rolls offered is overwhelming. My brother and I love coming in on a regular basis. We ride our bikes there and lock them up outside. We have a certain table that gives us a good view of our bikes. Bonus for Eugene.
