I have been in Eugene for about 3 years now, and am always inspired by all the new food pop-ups that I discover—The Tie Died Chef is no exception. I have eaten there twice, and on both occasions, I was greeted by a tie-died chef and good vibes—very on brand.Okay, the food…typically I would just leave a 4-5 Star Review, and walk away—but this place has 5 star potential, imo. So, here are my recommendations:1) home-make the sides. you’re already in the game, might as well commit.2) create a amazing homemade sauce for the burgers and patty melts (on both occasions, I would have died for a drop of ketchup, or sauce—esp, on the patty melt). You’re slinging so much beef—there has to be something—I would settle for a couple pickles Haha.3) gotta seasons the burgers/melts a little salt and pepper, or johnnys. Whatever is clever.I wish you all the best—and would happily eat here—even if I have to bring my own hot sauce. lolP.S. your name on Google is Tie “Died” Chef—and your website is “Dyed”—just an fyi- best of luck!

Stopped in Eugene for business and what a treat to find a circle of food trucks just chillin in an empty parking lot. The Tie Dyed Chef himself is a jolly Santa like figure, slingin burgers, Reubens, and Fries. Big smile, friendly service, great food, great vibes. 10/10 can't miss.

Food was great, service was great, and overall was a great experience. The person working there was very kind and welcoming, would go again, and would reccomend.
My husband, puppy, I visited The Tie Died Chef this last weekend. The chef was very kind and asked if our dog could have a treat and proceeded to feed her brisket. What a great dog treat! We were so surprised and our dog obviously loved it! My husband proceeded to order the brisket sandwich so he could try it as well and he loved it as well. Good brisket or BBQ is hard to come by in Eugene, so he was very happy to enjoy this delicious brisket sandwich. I ordered the special of the day: the Meatloaf sandwich and it was very tasty. ? We really enjoyed the potato salad, it was just right! We also ordered a very delicious Mango milkshake, it was so so good and the flavor was just right! Thank you Tie Died Chef, we can’t wait to come back and enjoy your tasty food again!!
The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The ribs were magnificent. I went with the spicy sauce. Definitely had a gentle kick without being overpowering. The cornbread was hot and not too dense. He even took the time to whip up honey butter for me on the spot. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Can't wait to come back and try the brisket next!
