“I stopped at Exit 216 in Oregon and visited Karibai, where I had an amazing experience. I met Sardar Balvinder Singh Ji and his lovely wife, and the hospitality was truly wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious — authentic Indian flavors with the perfect spicy taste that’s hard to find. If you really enjoy original Indian food, this is a place you should definitely try. And for goat meat lovers, you must visit because the goat curry prepared by Mr. Singh is outstanding. Also, compliments to the owner, Mr. Brar, for doing such a fantastic job with the restaurant and service. We will definitely come again, and I highly recommend this place to everyone who loves authentic Indian food.“
