Subway in Eugene

“I visited subway in Eugene, Oregon, late on Saturday night (2/8/25)
I have been eating subway for years and have never had a sandwich so well made!!!! The kid that did it had long hair and was the only one there I think. This was by far the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Please give that guy some sort of recognition!

“I enjoy coming here often for dinner whenever I have a hankering for a nice sandwich, the employees know how to make a fantastic sandwich. And as much as I go there the friendliest employees I've seen are, Ariel and Johnathon. I gotta say these two always have smiles on their faces and it is just refreshing to see. Definitely keepers, and I can't wait to keep coming here for great service and some yummy spicy italians. They are often joking around together and make working here seem like something they'd just like to do in their free time. Though I don't see Jonathon as much he's usually there on Sundays and I look forward to going and laughing with them/ at their jokes. The place always seems clean and organized and the line goes quick. I wish all the mall restaurants were as well staffed as this one.“

“I went there earlier today and it was quite busy. However, the service I received from Lia was beyond spectacular! She was helping from another store but she was so friendly and seemed to really be helping out on this busy Friday night. I'm glad I was able to meet Lia and hope things go well for her. This Subway is great!“

I'd been cramping & struggling to eat all day so I ordered a sandwich online, sadly there were 3 different mistakes on it. We drove over to the store, showed the receipt & explained the mistakes, half expecting a disgruntled staff member. Instead we were very kindly greeted by Malachi who apologized that someone made it incorrectly & immediately helped create the sandwich I originally ordered. Someone being extra kind & helping you out on a hard day can make all the difference. 💯“

“Friendly service and stuff always looks fresh. Last time I went the bread was a tad underproofed but just meant the bread wasn't as fluffy. Not a deal breaker. I do wish the prices would stop raising. $12 for a sandwich meal is getting out of my budget“

“The two people working today were gracious in the extreme. Kind, professional, on the ball, and helpful. My sandwich, the 4, could not have been made better. I watched Sandwich Pro 100 make several sandwiches before it was my turn. Everyone's sandwiches looked delicious and were made with care and put together quickly. I don't care who owns this place the two people who were there when I was there early this afternoon deserve raises and promotions. Two thumbs up with a bullet. Rock on. Go for it. “Subway has always been one of my favorite healthier fast food places to stop at and this one didn't disappoint me.
The small restaurant is right off I-5 so it's easily accessible, has ample parking, and is very well maintained.
It was just what I'd expect for a Subway which is great service, great selection, and great quality.
I'd definitely recommend it for a consistently perfect meal.
