“This is a very busy and seemingly understaffed location. I usually only see one person working. On my most recent visit, the woman behind the counter was juggling an insane amount of tasks with efficiency and a smile. She was making an online order, dealing with half a dozen customers in the store, the phone was ringing and the oven was beeping. She handled every person and every task quickly, and I was back in my car less than 15 minutes later. I was very impressed.“

“Shane has helped me and my family several times and each time the service is extraordinary. He is kind, professional, patient, respectful and engaging. We don't do fastfood often but we choose this location when we do because Shane has been so great. He always goes above and beyond. He never rushes my kids and even cut the sandwich extra small so my kiddo with braces could eat it more easily. Can't say enough about what a fantastic employee he is.“

“Stopped at this Subway to use the restroom and they actually let me! I was so happy that restaurants can still tell the difference between someone who is acting out of the ordinary and someone who genuinely needs to relieve themselves of their urine in a safe and secure facility. Thank you Subway employee for treating me with dignity and respect.“

“I enjoy coming here often for dinner whenever I have a hankering for a nice sandwich, the employees know how to make a fantastic sandwich. And as much as I go there the friendliest employees I've seen are, Ariel and Johnathon. I gotta say these two always have smiles on their faces and it is just refreshing to see. Definitely keepers, and I can't wait to keep coming here for great service and some yummy spicy italians. They are often joking around together and make working here seem like something they'd just like to do in their free time. Though I don't see Jonathon as much he's usually there on Sundays and I look forward to going and laughing with them/ at their jokes. The place always seems clean and organized and the line goes quick. I wish all the mall restaurants were as well staffed as this one.“

“I stopped in at Subway for a turkey sandwich and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly, which always makes the whole process nicer, and the store itself was very clean. It’s always nice to be able to build your own sandwich the way you like it and watch it come together step by step. My turkey sub had fresh veggies, soft bread, and just the right amount of sauce. It’s not fancy food, but that’s exactly the point quick, fresh, and reliable when you want something made your way.“

“I went there earlier today and it was quite busy. However, the service I received from Lia was beyond spectacular! She was helping from another store but she was so friendly and seemed to really be helping out on this busy Friday night. I'm glad I was able to meet Lia and hope things go well for her. This Subway is great!“

“Too busy for their own good, but great staff and speedy service! A more spacious area would be preferable but I don't think they have much control over that.
The app is garbage but it's the only way to consistently and repeatably use coupons which are required to get any form of decently-priced sandwiches.
Never buy a soda from this place, either. It's better to grab a $1 fountain drink from the Duck Store next door. The Footling Cookie and Footlong Churro are great, too, but expensive. A nice way to treat yourself, though.“

“We literally drive 15 minutes extra into town to get subway from this specific location. This seems to be the only subway in the area where the employees wash their hands and change their gloves the way that they are supposed to. They are always perfect making our order, and also at doing their job haha thanks to everyone here for being sanitary and caring about making good food and creating a good experience!“

“The young man I spoke to on the phone named Adan, mentioned to me he was new, but was very professional in way he answered the phone, and he was also very patient in taking the order. Can’t say that about a lot of places, but he made my day! Thanks Adan!“
