Subway in Corvallis

“Until today, I hadn't had subway in many years. Today, I ordered a sandwich, and it was very good. The meat didn't taste like it had 2 cups of salt in it (that's a huge plus). The person making my sandwich was nice, but alternated between touching my food and the cash register. I understand time is often in play in all decisions, but basic health and hygiene require a person to finish handling my food before touching the register. I was just shocked to see him touch my food, handle the register, and then handle my food to finish making my sandwich. That is just gross!!! I still gave 5 stars but if I go back, and this happens again, I will change this to a1 star and will never come back. I'm so grossed out over the filthy handling of my food that it will be a long time before I go back. You get the 5 stars because the person was pleasant and the product was decent enough. Train your employees on basic hygiene and food handling though.“

“We live down the street and stop by this location when we really don't feel like cooking. We consistently see the same employee working named Calvin. The kid is a rockstar! Great service, friendly, and a solid attitude. Hopefully he's being recognized for an uncommon work ethic for kids his age.“

My brother-in-law, fresh off his college degree and after recently deciding to leave his loving wife and two children for the rich and single life, ordered one of their spicy subs. His food poisoning lasted days, then, as if it couldn't get any better, a fiery rash spread between his cheeks. No amount of Desitin could tame it. He’s been waddling around the house like a penguin, clutching an ice pack to sit, and—brace yourself—every fart comes with a little surprise.

Call it spicy divine intervention, but this sub delivered the ultimate revenge plot twist I didn’t know I needed. Thank you, Subway, for crafting a sandwich that spiced up our lives and sent him packing. Highly recommend the jalapeño special for anyone needing a little chaos with their lunch!
