Native Coffee Company Reviews
As a business myself I welcome everyone regardless of race, religion, political affiliation, age or gender. I am appalled that you would treat your employees with such disrespect! I would and will never support a business that fires people for not believing what they believe!! I will spend my money elsewhere whenever I visit Eugene!
Deleting negative comments and blocking people because they leave said comments isn't great to hear about.. do better. Even negative feedback is good feedback. Looks as tho you're deleting and blocking those people because you have something to hide? Instead of addressing the issue and letting people know how you handled the switching over of business and pushing former employees of cool beans out. 🤷🏼♀️
pretty messed up buying out cool beans who had amazing baristas and then firing all of them for no reason. Was gonna continue getting my coffee here but not anymore, I cant support a business like that who doesn't care about its employees or community.

Native Coffee Company is a popular coffee spot in town. Customers praise its drip coffee, espresso, and seasonal flavors. The espresso isn’t sour or bitter, and the seasonal flavors are unique and tasty. The pistachio cream matcha is highlighted as a must‑try, with smooth, creamy sweetness that balances the matcha. Many say the coffee is never sour or bitter and has no burnt taste. The locations in Springfield and Eugene offer quick service, a drive‑through, and a quick zip thru driveway. The baristas are super friendly and prompt, and the staff listen and work with customers on what to make, with no complaints about quality. The place is open 6am–2pm, except Sundays. Customers enjoy the stylish cups, a smile, and the smooth coffee. Some have driven from Thurston to get the coffee, and the new west‑side Eugene location makes it easier to visit. The coffee is smooth, no burnt taste, and always served with a smile. Overall, Native Coffee Company is praised for its taste, friendly service, and convenient locations, making it worth the drive.
