This is one my favorite Mexican restaurants in Eugene! Popular with the University kids so get there a little early! Friendly staff, great authentic Mexican food! Top 5 in Eugene Restaurants!
Came here after a long drive from California (don’t judge me) chips and salsa were awesome I had the burrito with the queso on it. It was massive and wasn’t able to finish. Had the strawberry margarita and this has zero flavor. No strawberry flavor or tequila. I am a light weight and would have tasted for sure. Other than that I would go back to try to fajitas or tacos!

Dined on our anniversary date which is December 12th 2023. Had a very good dinner togather, My last review 4 years ago said Chulas needs to work on order accuracy. They have greatly improved since. Very very busy restaurant, since it's located on the U of O campus. Finally got in 2 weeks ago, only because he was during lunch. And then we dined tonight and it was fantastic.
