We went for a special birthday supper. Was a total dissapointment! Steaks were bland... no seasoning at all. Veggies were cold and very undercooked. They did not have any salmon, lobster or crab left. The sauce for the seafood gratin was terribly clumpy and broke as soon as it came to the table. Service and view was very good. The food definitely did not warrant the prices charged. Will not be returning.
This was the most disappointing meal of the whole trip.
I travel far and wide for oysters Rockefeller. The thick coating of gruyere seemed to mask something disgusting. These were inedible.
The scampi on angel hair pasta was oily.
Everything else was ok.
Nothing was delightful.
Did I mention that the cost of this meal was more than double what I paid everywhere else?

One of the better meals I've had in a while. Real fool, classic old school atmosphere, fresh flowers on each table, very clean. Most delicious fresh local Dungeness crab. Thank you
