Update 2025.....again, EXCELLENT stuffed crust!! The only place to get authentic stuffed crust!! A couple years ago I ordered and was very disappointed. Last night (2024) I ordered as we were staying in town and it was like the old Pizza Hut I remembered. Crispy pan fried crusts, excellent stuff crust and toppings!!! I don't know what changed, but keep it up!!!! Pat your chefs on the back!!! Thank you!!!!

The pizza is completely uncooked. Called for a solution and the only refund is $10. For two pizza it was $50 how is that reasonable? Having new pizza delivered but this is just gross customer service

We order from here maybe once a week, I think were going to stop, as the one ingredient we ask to not be on the pizza ends up on it everytime as of late. Not sure what's happened, but it just goes in the garbage. and I'm not happy about throwing money into he garbage. It's not the cost it's the principal, thanks for the service in the past. Not sure what's changed. 🤔

We bought the triple box one bbq chicken and one meat lovers pizza,the meat lovers was burnt and the chicken one was rubbery the absolute worst pizza we have had in the 4 years we have used pizza hut.i doubt we will use them again.

Honestly the best Pizza Hut experience I have ever had. Best deal on the island. (Tuesdays 10.99 for a medium pep pizza, ridiculous) no nonsense for delivery. Eat the fresh pizza in the store and it will be the best thing you have eaten (especially if you are hungry)

Worst pizza I have had in a long time, so bad, in fact, that I think this is the first negative review I’ve ever felt compelled to write. The pizza crust was thin and over-cooked, like cardboard, and it had barely any toppings. I think there were maybe two mushroom slices on the whole thing! I wish I had opened it at the store but I got all the way home to Quadra Island before looking at it. It deserved to be sent back and redone or a refund given. This was my first and last time going to this Pizza Hut.
Hot and always fresh with ample toppings. Never selling rotten pizza like pizza pizza does in this town always top quality.

Order gluten free pizza and got gluten poisoning, I saw them use the same pizza cutter. Normally they don't cut it, plus he used the same pizza paddle to loosen it out of the tin foil plate to put into another tin foil plate which took him three or four tries. Both pizza tools were covered in gluten from useing them on previous pizzas. Thanks for the three days of gut pain!

I love their pizza so much that my husband and I order quite often and we are very satisfied and pleases overall. Great customer service and they make everything taste so awesome. I highly recommend to try their pizza sometime.
Vegetarian options: If you are looking for a pizza with no meat on it then a vegetarian pizza is the best way to go. I love that kind of pizza as well. They don't just sell pizza they have great wings, desserts, caesar salad, their dipping sauces and also their beverages as well.
Parking: Along Dogwood, plenty of parking spaces and their are different kinds of restaurants all around them as well.
