They made a mistake with my order, but when I went to pick up, they quickly compensated and made a fresh pizza. Pizzas were delicious, thank you, from me and my 3 hungry little boys!

I ordered a peperoni pizza. When we came home, there were hardly any peperoni's on the pizza. Many of the slices were a cheese pizza. We have had great experiences in past. I am not sure what has changed.

I recieved an order and on the inside of the box was a small droplet of what im certain was blood, I told them about it and they went on to telling me it was dye from the box or seasoning. It was not. They brought me a replacement order and again told me to look at another box saying its dye from the box or seasoning from the pizza . Neither of which would leave a color like the one in the box I was given. After getting the replacement they didnt put any kind of seasoning on it. Clearly being concerned by someone else's blood upsets these guys. Pure pettiness and unprofessional, argumentative employees.

Update 2025.....again, EXCELLENT stuffed crust!! The only place to get authentic stuffed crust!! A couple years ago I ordered and was very disappointed. Last night (2024) I ordered as we were staying in town and it was like the old Pizza Hut I remembered. Crispy pan fried crusts, excellent stuff crust and toppings!!! I don't know what changed, but keep it up!!!! Pat your chefs on the back!!! Thank you!!!!

The pizza is completely uncooked. Called for a solution and the only refund is $10. For two pizza it was $50 how is that reasonable? Having new pizza delivered but this is just gross customer service

We order from here maybe once a week, I think were going to stop, as the one ingredient we ask to not be on the pizza ends up on it everytime as of late. Not sure what's happened, but it just goes in the garbage. and I'm not happy about throwing money into he garbage. It's not the cost it's the principal, thanks for the service in the past. Not sure what's changed. 🤔

We bought the triple box one bbq chicken and one meat lovers pizza,the meat lovers was burnt and the chicken one was rubbery the absolute worst pizza we have had in the 4 years we have used pizza hut.i doubt we will use them again.
